You can either book a return via
Http://giffgaff.com/orders/history
Or, as previously suggested, you can take into an Apple StoreSmiley Wink

Hi

i had the same problem with my iPhone 5 a few years ago take it in to the nearest apple shop. They were more than helpful and if they can't fix it they will replace with a new phone. I've always used apple products and there after market help has always been first class.

hope this helps

Hi @lozburt - welcome to the community!

The fastest way to get satisfaction is to visit the genius bar of an Apple Store if you have one close to you.

As a buyer of new goods you do have extensive rights, and even though it's beyond 30 days, you are at liberty to use the provisions of the Sale of Goods Act to ask for a full refund or exchange if this is what you would prefer.

If you do want to use GiffGaff procedures to go forward, do follow the excellent links supplied by @bugzbunny above.
