   i have activated a faulty sim card and already put a goodybag on it,how do i get the goodybag transfered to the replacement sim,as i have not used it?

You don't need to the account details stay the same (including goodybags).

You have to report your SIM as lost/stolen.

You can do this from the handy links on your my giffgaff page.

u can not transfer goodybag to different account but u can get replacement sim

As long as you received the sim from reporting it as lost/stolen then all your details should be transferred over to your sim....

You dont need to do anything once you reactivte the sim card it will be back on your account.

Go help section on here and report ur sim as damaged then it will get blocked within 5 minutes. Gg will send u a replacement sim with all ur account details on and any ggbag and credit

How do you know it's faulty?

If it definitely is faulty you will need to report it as lost/stolen

You will lose all access to your existing sim and giffgaff will send you a replacement (usually within a week) which will have the same number, credit and/or goodybags as your original sim.

Do you think it's faulty because it says 'No Sim inserted' on your phone?......Mine says that too, worried I might have broken it when i cut it down to Micro size
