Hello, a couple of years ago I purchased a FireText smoke detector with GiffGaff sim but last year I leased out my property and I don't think my tennant ever tested the device, I moved back in last month and tried the device out but received no txt and when I tried to access my account online found that my account had been blocked. I've now received a email stating that my sim will be disconnected next month unless I make a call.
How can I get my sim working again and how do I unblock my online account?

You'll need to tell an agent via the ask an agent link on your "my giffgaff" page.
You'll need to give them the information relevant to the account linked to the SIM in the machine. (If that's different to the account you've posted this question on)
