 My bf. Forgot his password and has changed his email so can't get emailed a new password so unable to log in! Any help to be greatful.

you will get your correct username and the email address you put down in your account related to the sim
a reset password link is included
it can take a little time to get an answer though sometimes 10 to 15 minutes

if you cant access the email address to reset password then you will need to contact an agent https://giffgaff.com/support/ask/sim_my_limit_increase dont worry about the catagory as agents will read it.in further information explain you cant get to your email.
also include your username.....your full name and address.....your number
other things to put are sim number on the back of the sim
IMEI number dial #06# and a couple of numbers you would normally call.
sounds a lot but it only takes a few minutes.
give email address you want to use now of course
as per normal agents can take up to 24 hours to reply

OR text the word 'PASS' to 43430 from the SIM associated with the Username/Account. This can usually take anything upto 15 minutes to come through with confirmation of the Email address/Username and Password reset link (Registered to the account)

 

You can contact an agent and advise them that you've forgotten your sign in details. Give them the following information listed below...

 

  • Activated username
  • Name
  • Address
  • Mobile number
  • Sim serial number
  • 2 numbers you text and call the most
  • Ammount and date and method of last top up
  • Email address (you have access to)

Thanks for the help but can't get password reminder as he changed email address so can't log in to reset password. Can't ask an agent as he can't log in!!

Can't open email! If he could the problem would be solved but he's closed that email down and forgot to update his details.

Just bluff your way through this very simple form https://giffgaff.com/support/ask/sim_my_limit_increase - choose any number in the drop down list, and then describe your problem/request in full in the "Any further information" box. Note that agents can take up to 24 hours to respond.
