@pink i was thinking the same thing ie vouchers n activations.
is the fb lin i pasted above the one to the person your on about?

Hi guys, I can't find a strong enough trend on activation problems. The tech guys are on the voucher problem though so I'll keep pushing them to give me enough information to get a thread up.

I guess if the vouchers are not gonig through correctly then the activations with vouchers would be affected as a direct result

Yup, they could be, but tech are still trying to work out if there is actually an issue or there was just a blip last night or something. If you haven't already you should advise members to contact an agent if their voucher hasn't gone through. Top ups, unlike activations, should always be done within a couple of minutes.

Well I topped up at 9.15AM yesterday and it is now 9.46AM and it is still pending. So if it is just a 'blip', then it has evidently  been longer than just last night

I think the "blip" that will23refers to is the activation ... not the topup voucher invalid or pending that you are suffering.

He has acknowledged that the tech team are looking into it ... and has intimated that a service thread may appear as soon as he has the details.

I have a recurring goodybag (£12) set up which was due to expire last night. Have been listening to a podcast at my desk this morning and when it stopped I noticed I have had no service, and that I've run down my £6 credit rather than been using my data allowance. How do I sort this? I've had the recurring goodybag for months with no issue and there is definitely enough money in my account.
