Full signal but no data....

Hi Guys,

Over the weekend I repeatedly had full signal on my Nexus 6 but sometimes I had an "!" showing next to the signal bar, I know this is due to no data connection, is this normal behaviour or have I got a dodgy SIM.

Coming from Three this is a relatively new experience, love having signal but data is a bit of a struggle.

It appears that the network is suffering from congestion I've had issues during the day where I can browse check email what's app Twitter but when it comes to watching videos or using spotify there has been issues. Perhaps this is one of the reasons gg have decided to stop the unlimited plan so all members can access the data as it should be

There may be mast issues(o2) where you are.

Too much traffic at one time especially the bank holiday weekend, be worse tomorrow I imagine.

For those who who asked if I had the correct setting the answer is yes as I have previously had a data connection from the Nexus, maybe I wasn't clear.

 

Sounds like network congestion is to blame, hoping this isn't a reoccuring issue.
