WHY DONT THEY HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE, YH I KNOW THERE A PART OF O2, BUT O2 DUSNT HELP! AND PLUS GIFFGAFF TAKES 24 hours to reply!

This is part of the customer service, the forum, O2 are another company. Tell us your problem and we will try to help.

Daffy I am sorry that you lost your phone and that it obviously had some sensitive photos on it that you don't want anyone to see.

 

However no network would be able to block access to these for whoever stole the phone. If there had been a telephone customer services number they would have told you just the same.

 

As I said in your previous thread (itself the 4th thread on the topic) it's time to accept your situation and move on.

 

NONE of this is giffgaffs fault - you are just deluding yourself.

If this is regarding your stolen phone then NO network could do what you ask...

 

Take it as a learning expierience. Perhaps backup your contacts / files etc for future reference.

im trying to block my phone completely, so that the person who stole my phone can not view any of my contents!
