I have been round and round this *-----* site and got nowhere. The only website I have had the misfortune to use that is not quite so frustratingly annoying is Ebay. I cannot wait until I use the credit up on all three GiffGaff sims so that I can change to 3.

Hi there

Simply dial *100# to see your remaining credit.

To see your goodybag balance dial *100*7#

Hope it helps with the trouble your having😊👍

@minty410256

Sadly, each account requires a seperate login, there is no way to see the balance on all of one's accounts as they are not 'associated' in any way.

Sorry to see you leave giffgaff over this:

There are two easy ways to get your PAC code

1) Please dial 43431 and follow the voice prompts

OR

2) Go to  http://giffgaff.com/help/pac-code-request

Your PAC code will arrive as SMS within 2 hours (normally much faster) and will also appear under your number on your giffgaff home page.

Finally, please ensure you remove any saved credit/debit card details under your payment details page here https://giffgaff.com/profile/payment-details

Good luck with your new network.

As for dialing *100# this is fine if the SIM cards are in a phone but two of mine are used for security alarms that are situated in very inaccessible places simply for the purpose of security.

We weren't to know that until you told us.  In that case the only way of checking your balance(s) is by logging into the three separate accounts you created when you activated the SIM cards.

If you do not know the account names, you can log in using the individual mobile numbers together with the corresponding password.   If your browser is set to log you in automatically, you will have to disable this feature (or use a different browser) to allow you to access the other accounts.

I do not work for giffgaff, so cannot check anything on your account. This is a public community - please do not post any personal info.

Assuming that you noted down the account names/mobile numbers and the password, it surely takes very little time to log into the accounts to check the balances.

Forgot email address associated to your Account - If you can't remember which email address you used when you joined, please text the word "forgotten" to 43430 and we'll text it right back to you.

There are things you need to do on leaving

http://giffgaff.com/profile/payment-details
Also turn off reacure goodybag and auto topup off on same link ,
When you make changes after scroll down to save settings

Sim will deactivate after 6 months of none use ,

If you want to take your number to another network get your PAC code from giffgaff and give it to new network ,for PAC either dial 43431 or online
here http://giffgaff.com/help/pac-code-request

Hi, which phone do you have one of the sims in?

If you know the mobile numbers linked to the security alarms,
Have you tried logging out and logging back in with the number linked to both accounts in turn?

If log in detailsatent accepted, go here
Http://giffgaff.com/support/lost-password
Input the number linked to the account to receive a password reset link,
