we all pay for what we want. etc mins txts and data. And if we were affected in any way by signal or data lost while the network was down I think we should all be entiled some sort of compensation as everyone comicates through phone these days. As I have a young child who my only contact while he/she is leaving or starting school is. he’s/her phone ! ! We WOULD LIKE COMPENSATION! !

You should receive a email from giffgaff asking you to make a claim.
In the UK there were some 32 million subscribers effected by this outrage.
It was caused by a third party and was in no way gifgaff's fault.
Any payments wi be classed as a goodwill gesture.
