Anyone know the settings for iPhone 4s as my internet is playing up

Check for any local service issues here http://giff.ly/ggservice

Try restarting your phone to reboot signal connection.

Please follow the steps below to input your iphone settings

Go to Settings
Go to Mobile (or Cellular)
Go to Mobile (or Cellular) Data
Under Mobile (or Cellular) Data Network type in the following details

APN - Access Point Name: giffgaff.com
Login - Username: giffgaff
Password: [leave blank]
Proxy: [leave blank]
MCC: 234
MNC: 10

MMS Settings

APN - Access Point Name: giffgaff.com
Username: giffgaff
Password: [leave blank]
Server: http://mmsc.mediamessaging.co.uk:8002
MMSC: http://mmsc.mediamessaging.co.uk:8002
MMS proxy: 82.132.254.1
MMS port: 8080
MCC: 234
MNC: 10
APN type: mms

To use it:
Connect to a Wi-Fi network
Come to this page and click http://giff.ly/iphonesettings
Download and install the carrier profile
Reset your 3G connection

Check your settings are correct and if your phone's fully updated .

if you reinstall the sim it should update the settings

 Texting "settings" to 2020 will stop working shortly

Most phone manufacturers will soon start including giffgaff's APN settings in their software updates, for most newer phones.

This means that simply putting a giffgaff SIM card into a phone with the settings will automatically set up the internet and choose giffgaff as the carrier

If this doesn't work manually install the settings

So to manually set up these are settings required

Username: "giffgaff"
APN: "giffgaff.com"
password: [Leave blank]
Proxy: [Leave blank]

MMS settings:
APN - Access Point Name: giffgaff.com

Username: giffgaff

Password: [ leave blank ]


MMSC: http://mmsc.mediamessaging.co.uk:8002

MMS proxy: 82.132.254.1

MMS port: 8080

MCC: 234

MNC: 10

APN type: mms

Do NOT press the " Reset Settings " button when you’ve done this. Just restart your phone.

iPhones and iPads can't edit the proxy manually, so it's best to reset the settings and then use

. Android and other OS phones will have to update it manually if a software update didn't work.
