Oh no.....why do you want to leave Giffgaff..? it would be a shame to see you go.... are you sure you have exhausted all avenues to get your problems sorted out...?
If so and you still want to leave, here is some information for you to read first
and you can also request a PAC code here to port your number away from GG.

If you port your number away from gifgaff all will be lost including any credit,goodybag and PAYBACK..! earned the account will close and the sim deactivated.
Only when the number has been fully ported out can you then activate another sim to the same account as if you were starting from scratch.
In order to close the account you will need to use all your credit and/or goodybag.Then either port your number to your new provider or destroy/ignore the sim. You should also consider removing any credit/debit card and personal details. https://giffgaff.com/profile/payment-details

Good Evening @aleenaharoon . If you are leaving giffgaff for another mobile provider, you'll probably want to keep your phone number. To transfer your number, you will need to give a Porting Authorisation Code (PAC) to your new network. You can ask for your Giffgaff PAC here. If you are having issues getting your PAC online, please open a different internet browser and try again, that might work. Alternatively, from your handset, please dial 43431 and follow the instructions.
You will receive a voice confirmation of your PAC and its expiry date which will also be sent via a SMS message. This will also be displayed on your My giffgaff (Dashboard) page under your mobile number.
You will be sent your Giffgaff PAC via a text within 2 hours between the hours of 8.00 am and 4.00 pm Monday to Friday.
Please remove your Payment Details (credit/debit card or PayPal) and to turn off (disable) any recurring goodybags or top-ups in your Payment Settings you may have active, to avoid future automatic purchases.

Maybe try on a different browser if requesting the pac code from account if having a issue on the browser use normally.
