It's says no service on my phone, but i topped up and I topped up today for a reason so I could ring people today. Online on you website it says it has through, but nothing has happened.

@sanam0123

Turn phone off then on again.

Check for Network & Coverage to see if there is a local problem.

We are members like you, so cannot give you anything - you would need to Ask an Agent.

This is not a customer service page, we are just customers also providing advice to people having issues. We cannot access your account to issue refunds or look into the problem regarding your account, so don't give out any private information on here.
If you are still having issues then I would recommend contacting an agent about this so they can look into it and resolve it. Smiley Happy

Here's a link to an agent here:

Please bare in mind that it can take 24hrs for an agent to get back to you, but they will as soon as they can.

@sanam0123 What did you buy £10 top up money OR £10 goodybag? Check here https://giffgaff.com/profile/payment-details#orders

Also, if you have just joined it takes a while for all services (calls /texts/data) to be up and running, doesn't happen at the same time

I suggest you try a Manual reset, this often helps, it's worth a try.
MANUAL RESET: https://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Tips-Guides/Manual-Roam/m-p/3345471#M32502
This is a helpful link when having trouble connecting to the internet at home or abroad:
---------
If you can't get on the internet try this out on your phone: it's only the 'Generic settings', but worth a try.
1. Go to settings
2. Then go to mobile networks
3. Select a network other than O2(gg) i.e EE or Vodaphone
4. Come out of settings and it should say no network coverage or something similar
5. Repeat the process this time choose O2(gg) and this will update your number to the message centre and should help your txts
The message centre number in your message settings should be +447802002606
