Hi there..

Quick question. I am currently using the £7.50 goody bag with 750 mg of data.

Am I right in saying if I use up all my data allowance whilst I am still using 4g my call allowance/ minutes will be used instead ?

Many thanks

James

Hi

Once you use all your data in a goodybag if you continue to use data it will be payed from Credit ( should you have any ). If you dont have any credit then you will not be able to use mobile data.

Calls and text messages will be uneffected.

Please note that you can start a new goodybag early once your data gets to 50mb or calls to 50mins.

If you have run out of data early then i suggest you consider a larger goodybag.

cheers

Hi, no if you allow runs out you can't use it unless you top up credit or start another goodybag. If data runs out you can still use minutes and texts only

Thank you for all your response.. very kind. I seem to be using up my credit much quicker than I should be. Is there a way of checking my call logs usage etc?

Many thanks
