My goodybag bag isn't updating, and despite the fact that I have some actual credit left my texts aren't sending. Please sort this out ASAP

Is the goodybag expiring tonight? If so you may be in lock out time where you can only top up, try restarting your phone and log out here https://giffgaff.com/auth/logout and log in again and see if it updates, you can also check status by calling 43430 and press 2 and listen to allowances and hang up

No, I bought the goodybag about a hour ago... I also bought £10 credit which isn't working

@martyna_c Ok, is it just texts? are calls working? Try powering down your phone for a few minutes and back on again

I just did that and now it's trying to claim that my sim isn't even activated despite the fact that I had a email confirmation
