Hi @10071986 when you say payment? So you mean payment for the phone?
If so then no, as you need to pay off the cost for the phone regardless if you lost it or not.

Hi @10071986

If you have lost or had your Phone/Stolen then please follow this link http://giffgaff.com/support/lost to report your SIM/Phone lost/stolen. Once reported giffgaff will send out a replacement SIM first class to the address found under your details page here http://www.giffgaff.com/profile/details. If you have a recurring goodybag enabled please under your payment details page here http://www.giffgaff.com/profile/payment-details remove any configured credit/debit card details to prevent any charges.

it typically takes 2-3 working days for your new SIM to arrive, you'll need to activate it online when it arrives by clicking this link http://giffgaff.com/activate-sim .

If you mean how do you cancel your payments for the phone, then you can't cancel them.  You are still liable for the full cost of the phone even though you have lost it.

Have you checked whether any household insurance policies in your family might cover the cost of the phone?

If you mean that you are paying every month for a goodybag that you no longer require then you need to go here:

https://giffgaff.com/profile/payment-details

Switch off goodybag auto-renew and remove your credit/debit card details.

you would need to log into that account and delete recurring payments

https://giffgaff.com/profile/payment-details

alternatively if you cant get into that account then you would have to contact an agent

https://giffgaff.com/support/ask

they are usually pretty quick but remember an agent can take up to 24 hours to reply

go to goodybags and payments bluff your way through to other information and explain your problem with as much information as you can an agent will do their best to sort it out for you

for replies from agents

if it a payment for a loan then you cant cancel it sorry

If you mean monthly repayments for a phone then i'm afraid you can't cancel it, you're still liable to make the monthly payments whether you've lost your phone or not.
