Why am I unable to buy a goody bag?? Keeps saying ‘unable to purchase goody bag at the moment please try again later’. Is there a restriction been put on my account or something? This has been going on for a few weeks now I NEED CREDIT!!! Giffgaff sort it out!!
@jason_bmx if your using credit card payment check expiry date of card if it's within one month it won't allow payment sorry
If that's the case head here switch recur of and delete the old card details out then replace with new ones and click on save my details
Once that's done manually purchase your goody bag here http://giffgaff.com/goodybags click the one needed add to your basket then click continue this will give the payment options page click on pay by credit card payment then click on confirm my order
Once that is done look below goody bag here
and it will state why not set your goody bag to recur monthly so you don't need to worry click and follow instructions given

Agents reply within 4 hours in the majority of cases but can take up to 24 hours, in the worst case, to reply (but they do work 7 days a week from 8am to 11pm).
