Why am I unable to buy a goody bag?? Keeps saying ‘unable to purchase goody bag at the moment please try again later’. Is there a restriction been put on my account or something? This has been going on for a few weeks now I NEED CREDIT!!! Giffgaff sort it out!!

Hi is your credit card details up to date? has it expired?

You have been unable to buy a goodybag for weeks? If so, contact an agent to investigate your account for possible problems:

It can take up to 24 hrs to get a reply.

Have you tried purchasing a goodybag using a different browser or device?

@jason_bmx if your using credit card payment check expiry date of card if it's within one month it won't allow payment sorry 

If that's the case head here switch recur of and delete the old card details out then replace with new ones and click on save my details 



Once that's done manually purchase your goody bag here click the one needed add to your basket then click continue this will give the payment options page click on pay by credit card payment then click on confirm my order 


Once that is done look below goody bag here


and it will state why not set your goody bag to recur monthly so you don't need to worry click and follow instructions given 



If it's still within its expiry date inquire with the agents here please

Card details are up to date, I have a debit card and it runs out 07/19 so that shouldn’t be a problem. I don’t understand what’s going on, I’ve never had any problems before.

If nothing works then you should contact the agents for help by submitting this form


Agents reply within 4 hours in the majority of cases but can take up to 24 hours, in the worst case, to reply (but they do work 7 days a week from 8am to 11pm). You will see when an agent has replied in the "Messages: From Agents" box which is half way down the right hand side of your "My Giffgaff" page or go here

I’ve tried it mostly through the giffgaff app (the way I’ve done it for the past 4 years) and also tried it through the web browser on my phone. I have no other way to do it unless I travel to either friends or relatives and/or go to an internat cafe, both of which I don’t really want to have to do, just going to cost me money.

Have you got sufficient funds to buy a goodybag also check if your card details are correct as once mine was incorrect and it didn't let me purchase a goodybag. If everything is correct contact an agent and see if there is any problem with your account in which they would be able to tell you and sort you out. It would take 24 hours to get a response from an agent
