Goodybag not active

I have top-up credit and I also have recurring goodybag active. Yesterday they took the money, but the goodybag is not active yet. I don’t know what to do. I don’t know if I can make a phone call or I’ll get charged

  2. Dial *100*7# to check you have an active goodybag

Try turning your phone off then back on

 

If you call 43430 free what does the

message say

Ok. So I restarted my phone. In the app everything’s the same. I dialled *100*7# and it says I have 45000 minutes left in my goodybag which expires on 20/3/2019. That means my goodybag is active even if in the app doesn’t show so?

Yes your Goodybag is active log out of the app as it sometime doesn't show up there quickly.

Check your online account not the app it should show there you should also have an email stating you have a new Goodybag

If you are still having the same issue with the app, go to the app start screen, tap on "switch member" then enter your giffgaff mobile number and password to log back in.
