I need my goosybag to start today like now and it says 4th feb start how do i change it

If you are running low on minutes or mobile data giffgaff give you the option to start a goodybag early. Please note when you start a bundle early it will replace your current live one.

To qualify you will need to have 100 texts, 100 minutes or 100MB left on the live bundle.

Simply follow the steps below to start a goodybag early:

1.Log in and go to
2.If you have 100 texts, 100 minutes or 100MB left in your goodybag, a message will appear under "My goodybags"
3.If you are recurring your goodybag, you can decide to recur your next goodybag right now,
4.If you have a queued goodybag, you can decide to start your queued goodybag right now,
5.If you have no recurring or queued goodybag, you can select a new goodybag to start right now.
6.Again note when you purchase a goodybag early, it erases your current goodybag and you will lose any remaining allowance, so we ask you to confirm you are really sure you want to start a new goodybag right now.
7.When you select a new goodybag or recur your goodybag early, the payment for the new goodybag is taken at this point, and a payment confirmation page is displayed.
8.Your new goodybag is active and is visible in

I know but i didnt press resta goody bag today i forgot ... how can i change it? Back to start now

You can only change your goodybag expiry / start date by starting a goodybag early, and you can only start a goodybag early if you have less than 100 minutes of calls, 100 texts, or 100MB of data left.


If you really must start a goodybag early, you can run down your calls if you're on the £5 or £7.50 goodybag, or use up data by streaming videos or something if you are on a higher goodybag.

Ive already choose a goodybag its not yet active how do i cancel or change it to start now .. instead of in 23 days time.. ive got less tha 100mb and tryed tochange it says cant change on same day ?

Try logging out ( and back in again.

Log in on a computer, not the app.

How much data do you have left as shown on your dashboard?

Note that the amounts shown are what you have REMAINING, not what you have used.

Starting a new goodybag early is only available when you have less than, >

• 100 minutes or less or
• 100MB or less (data left), or
• 100 text / sms remaining or less.

Your new goodybag is active and is visible in My giffgaff.
