Hi I bought a £10 goodybag and i have just reveived a text message stating my balance has gone to £0.00  and I have no goodybag to use now? Can you help?

Hi there when u topped up did u exchange it for a goodybag log in ur account and check on ur dashboard to see if u have an active goodybag also reboot ur phone to update it

Goodybags and balance are separate. 'Balance' only refers to airtime credit.

 

You can check your remaining goodybag allowances by dialling *100*7# at any time or by looking on your giffgaff homepage  https://giffgaff.com/dashboard

I shouldn’t have to check my balance though I chosen my goodybag so it should last me the month, that is what I do every month?

Hey there, I chose my £10 goody bag, I choose the same one every month, but now it’s saying I have no active goody bag

Once u purchase a goodybag the balance will go to 0 for eg if u top up £10 and then purchase a goodybag for £10 ur credit balance will go to 0 cos uve paid for the goodybag hope that makes sense

It will last a month did you top up by using a voucher or card ?

If you buy a goodybag you don't get to keep the money as well so it is correct that your balance would be £0. The first thing you should do is reboot your phone. Then call 43430 to hear an upto date balance, as texts can be delayed by hours so inaccurate.



Double check that you did order the goodybag (and didn't accidentally order topup credit by mistake, or that you did get a goodybag but that payment was declined etc). Did you get the normal confirmation email /text?

Also, just a reminder that you can only have one bag at a time, so if you had a bag and ordered another one it will start on the date that was displayed 3 times during checkout /purchase.
