Goodybags and balance are separate. 'Balance' only refers to airtime credit.

Hi I bought a £10 goodybag and i have just reveived a text message stating my balance has gone to £0.00 and I have no goodybag to use now? Can you help?
If you buy a goodybag you don't get to keep the money as well so it is correct that your balance would be £0. The first thing you should do is reboot your phone. Then call 43430 to hear an upto date balance, as texts can be delayed by hours so inaccurate.
Double check that you did order the goodybag (and didn't accidentally order topup credit by mistake, or that you did get a goodybag but that payment was declined etc). Did you get the normal confirmation email /text?

Also, just a reminder that you can only have one bag at a time, so if you had a bag and ordered another one it will start on the date that was displayed 3 times during checkout /purchase.
