Hi

I have purchased a £12 goodybags on top of a new sim which had £5 credit already, however after a full 24hours my account still shows less than £5 when I call for a balance but the purchase is clearly visible seperately when I log in online but still shows less than £5 credit !!!!

 

Please advise why nothing has been transferred or sent to my phone yet

Hi,

Goodybags and airtime credit are separate.
Goodybags are monthly allowances with a certain amount of minutes, texts and data. They last 30 days from the date you buy them.

Airtime credit is basically pay as you go credit.

Did you exchange credit for goodybag?

Buying a gooybag or gigabag from credit.

● Click on My Giffgaff (at the top)
● Click on Top Up
● Click on Goodybags (press select)
● Choose the goodybag you want (press select)
● On the next page click on Continue
● Then press Exchange Airtime Credit

If your current goodybag expires tonight then you can't buy a new
one now until after midnight. Lockout between 10pm and midnight

Goodybags and credit and separate. You can still have an active, working goodybag although your credit balance shows as £5.
