Hello a text came through suggesting that a £15 goidybag may be better for me so i changed it to the £15 goodybag. Can someone please tell me why i have the £12 goodybag when i changed it from £12 to £15. I need this to be corrected ASAP as i changed ut before the new goodybag was due to activate. I look forward to hearing from someone to sort this out.

You may be able to cancel it get a refund and then replace it with the correct one
