Gooybag appears online but can't call, text or use data

The first one connects, but the other two state that I've not got enough credit. I've also posted two screenshots of my goodybag active in my account.

Despite asking several times, you are yet to confirm that the correct mobile number is shown on that account.

Can someone please explain why my goodybag remains active but unsuable? I purchased it on Friday morning, yet have not been able to use it sincegiffgaff goodybag ordered.pngWhy can't I use it?

I'm not asking you to share the number, just to check that the number you see is the one you expect to see.

Turns out that what I thought was an SD card in the phone was a second SIM and happened to also be a giffgaff SIM and was defaulted to when booting the phone... apologies for the delayed response, but thank you for helping!
