Have a Mobile internet connection problem on Wiley fox swift.

Cant get connected at all. Calls and texts work including picture messages. Tried manual input, tried an app that automatically enters info for you. Tried restarting and factory reset all to no avail. About to give up!

As this is a dual SIM phone @bainybain

Can you try the giffgaff SIM in the other SIM tray to see if that works

Check Data Connection is On from the home screen , pull down the notification panel

DATA CONNECTION ≥≥≥ ON

Make sure to select O2-UK 01 from the two options

You can't connect to mobile internet? The Last call would be resetting which you've already done and it still hasn't worked so I would say it's the area your in.

iv just had a look at the the manual on wileyfox swift the only thing that is different to setting up on this device - is that wifi MUST be turned off during set up, then ince configured turn back on!

Doh! Data connection was off!
Its always the thing that's staring you in the face isn't it!

I would try resetting, and in your case you have then i would reckon it is in your vicinty.
