Hi can you help me pls because my internet is very very very slow I'm your costumer for 1 years what can I do

Are you on the £25 always on goodybag? if so, have you used up the first 20GB of mobile data? As the always on goodybag is designed to give you 20GB of UK data at full 4G speeds and once you used up the 20GB then you will continue to get unlimited data allowance at a reduced speed (384KB) from 8am to midnight. From midnight to 7.59am you have an unlimited data allowance at full speed.

However, if you haven't used up the first 20GB of data or if your not on the always on goodybag Please check the giffgaff network status in your area here and enter the post code .

This should give you display any local issues, including planned work, as well as indicating signal strength (2G , 3G & 4G) & outages.

Remember the website service checker is updated hourly and may not display any issues at the precise moment.

If the signal is fine, you can try manual roaming by following the link to guide below

That can sort all types of issues!

Would also do no harm to reboot your mobile, if not already tried.

@bledi007   Speed of data depends on your location you may live in an area that shows good coverage but black spots do exist ,  no network can cover all areas with a good data speed . 


There re are a couple of things you can try first put postcode here check for mast problems
if if all ok try a manual roam to force network
