I’m trying to book my phone in for return and replacement. It’s well within 30 days.
When I try to use the return section from my orders it keeps sending me through the diagnostics page then says it’s been resolved.
I’ve had the phone a week to see if the problem resolved itself to no avail.

try this go to your order history https://giffgaff.com/profile/payment-details
Click "View Details" to the right of the order you want to return and then on the next screen click "Return your phone" to start the booking process.
Verify all the data is correct and book your return.
When your booking is confirmed, print the return form and the postage label.
