Help with my goodie back

I have just topped up 25.00 and it has took one pence of me so I can’t buy the 25.00 goodie bag !!!!!

It’s a possibility that the 1p of airtime credit was used by mobile data as soon as you topped-up.
Please contact a giffgaff agent and they will be able to refund you the 1p required to exchange the airtime credit for a £25 goodybag.

Hi @floss78

 

It's always worth disabling mobile date prior to topping up your phone. This is because the moment that credit hits your phone, apps will automatically beging working in the background if data is left on.

 

That said, agents are usually more than willing to rectify the issue and I'm sure will be happy to process the £25 goodybag for you.  In either case, please note that agents can take upto 24 hours to reply, but you should normally hear back from them within a few hours. Agents work until 11pm.

Hi Sometimes giffgaff accounts are subject to a glitch where 1p or 2p is taken from accounts. The giffgaff agents will be able to sort this for you, just explian what has happened to you.

Hi, how long ago did you contact an agent?

Did you top up with a debit card or PayPal or a top up voucher?
And 21gb wouldn't be adequate for your monthly usage?

I topped up about half a hour ago £20 pound yo buy a goodie bag just didn’t realy listen and went on to buy goodie bag and then it said I didn’t have enough credit so I re phoned to check and it said I had 0.00 so it hadn’t topped me up
