Sorry Giffgaff is online based only there are no calls at giffgaff to talk to anybody. For most issues, Ask on this forum And normal none GG workers will do there best to help you.

All account issues can only be sorted by GG staff the agents, as we have no access to anyones account.

@taylo31171 There's no telephone number for giffgaff it's all online, you. An ask a question here (do not include any personal/private information) but agents can be messaged should your enquiry be account related

You can't contact giffgaff by phone, it is all done online.
