PLEASE HELP!!

Hi All,
I topped up £20 but in my balance it is showing as £19.98. I wanted the £20 goody bag and now IT WILL NOT LET ME BUY IT,. I have not used my phone to call or send a message or the internet so why has this happend??? can pls some one correct this for me.

Hi. The giffgaff glitch! You can contact an agent who should put the extra 2p back on your credit. Suggest if you can afford to top up, buy your bundle and then contact an agent. This way you will get instant bundle to use, 2p credit for next purchase. Agents can take up to 24 hours to reply.

Hi, the phone may have used a small amount of data in the background. Make sure data is off until you have the goodybag.
Contact an agent if you are a new customer. They will likely look kindly and refund you.
