If you require 3 months or less usage records use this https://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask/My-account/Requesting-usage-records/form/ link when contacting a giffgaff agent.

However, if you need more than 3 months records you will need to use this https://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask/My-account/Subject-Access-Request-%28SAR%29/form/ agent link and provide the agent the following details

• SIM serial number, this is only for mobile members with an active SIM. It's the number on your SIM card right before 4Ggg4.
• Attach a copy of your passport, driving licence, birth certificate or utility bill.

Please note giffgaff only hold call records for the past year and the document will be sent to the email address registered under your details page here http://www.giffgaff.com/profile/details#email . If your email address is incorrect please update to avoid any delays.

The giffgaff agents usually answer within 4 hours for majority of cases however, can take up to 24 hours during busy periods. The giffgaff agents work 7 days a week from 8am to 11pm.

Hi there from what I can gather you are asking for a backup of the phone content conversations this is not possible for GG to provide if this is what you are requesting.

Hello just to add to others you can’t get copy’s of what was said only phone numbers of outgoing calls not incoming ,

calls are not recorded nor is content of text message sent
