Hi @07455

Is it just calls that are not getting through or is it texts as well? It could be a number of things causing this but if everything has been working ok up to now, then firstly check your signal.

Can you call out? Maybe you need to check there isn't a mast issue. You can check here

Next I would check things like whether you have accidentally set your phone to block all calls or you're in airplane mode.

For instance if you are on android then click this link for details on how you did it.

Another possibility is the SIM itself. Maybe check it and that it's seated properly in the phone.

If none of that works then come back and we can try and advise more for you

If an iPhone : go to Settings > Do Not Disturb, there are all kinds of reasons why you can make calls go direct to voicemail without disturbing you, like unknown contacts.

Hi there @07455

Below is all the information regarding voicemail activation etc...
These are some quick numbers you need to manage your Voicemail.
To ACTIVATE Voicemail - Dial 1616
To DEACTIVATE Voicemail Dial - 1626
To CHECK Voicemail - Dial 443
To set your own Voicemail message dial 443 and follow the prompts.
Voicemail extended ring will set the number of rings before divert type in **61*443*10* and then the amount of seconds you want in increments of 5 secs maximum 30 followed by # then SEND
Voicemail costs 8p/Call, or if you have a goodybag, it deducts ONE goodybag minute, regardless of how long you are on the call.
To hear your voicemail from another phone you need to set your PIN. Call your number. Wait for the voicemail to answer, then press * Then enter your PIN. You will then reach the voicemail menu.
