Few days ago I used Usim chip of giffgaff for my trip in Europe.
I signed up for the application, registered the card and after returning to Korea, I took my Usim chip off from my cellphone.
However, I found that the fee for that Usim chip of giffgaff was paid through auto-payment system from the card.
For sure, I don’t need data charge since I came back to Korea after my trip and of course, I didn’t used that newly-charged data at all.
Can i get refund for my 10 pounds which was paid automatically?

@wjddn5830 I think you have 2 issues: a) auto topup or recur goodybag is still activated, and b) you would like a refund.
a) To close your giffgaff account go to https://giffgaff.com/profile/payment-details and
Cancel / turn off any auto top up
Cancel / turn off any recurring goodybag
Remove your credit / debit card details
Scroll down and ensure you save the changes
Log out and back in to ensure the changes are saved.
