Hello community I bought a boat to Giffgaff card I lost it I bought it I replaced it thinking when it came it would give me what I had on the other card and it would be just as easy is that no is giving me a new number and I haven’t I can’t seem to get my goody bag that I bought that I have until March I am so frustrated I just would like to transfer the goody bag took the Sim card that they have sent me

hello @diana64559 if this is the correct account then go here use "replace my sim"

that will start a sim swap from the activate button

goodybag and credit carry across with your number it would normally take around 30 minutes

What you needed to do is to sim swap the first account to a new sim. Here's how to do it. 

Obtain a new sim either from a local supermarket or Iceland and on your dashboard for your old account go to sim swap  Enter the ID of the new sim in the box and on the next page reject your old sim  Your account and number will be transferred to the new sim in about an hour  See here

You now need to get your money back from the other sim. Go here to ask for help from an agent, and refer to this thread

Did you report your sim lost on your account?
What do you hear exactly when you call your old number?

On the account you're logged into now
Is there a new number showing next to your username?

What message do you hear exactly?
Get a free giffgaff Sim
