While playing with my new phone,  an HTC Desire HD, I have mistakenly enabled Fixed Number Dialling.

Now the ability to disable it has disappeared.  How can I do it?

The fix was to reboot the phone first, then the Fixed dialling option reappeared on the menu.

Try going into your main menu, and tapping Settings. From this, go into your Call Settings and it should have an option there to disable.

Seeing as it's a new phone, I assume you haven't 'personalised' it much yet, so you could try a factory reset on it?
That might work (I don't have a HTC so can't be 100% sure)
If someone has answered your question satisfactorily, please accept it as a solution Smiley Happy
Don't forget to give kudos to those who you think deserve it, not because they're asking for it!
