How long does it normally take to remove adult content restrictions? As ive been waiting a month

Ive been waiting over a month now for my adult content resrtiction to be removed, ive given all the id info needed but i am still waiting.

The last we heard the agents would be getting a daily email now of anyone thats having trouble with the adult lock::

 

Adult Content Bar Removal – (Note: this change actually released between 5.10.1 and 5.10.2) – We have made improvements to the error-capturing process that will streamline our ability to fix Adult Content Bar removal requests that get stuck in the system. The agents now receive a daily email with a list of all stuck requests, which are processed in bulk for fixing regardless of whether the member has already raised a case or not.

no more than 5 working days since your been waiting that long contact an agent & explain your been waiting over a month now

I'd contact the agents again, just to tell them that you're still waiting... And ask them to advise how ,much longer it will be.

A month is too long, it should really be done

That's an excessive amount of time. You will need t oask an agent to look into the problem

They will reply within 24 hours, but may have to refer the issue to the technical team for resolution, which can take a further 5 working days (7 days including weekends).

I can confirm this isn't working, as I raised a case on 3rd April which wasn't resolved until 10th. The correct information was entered.
 

At that time there was still an issue with the Adult Content Removal form due to the Driving Licence field being 'required', meaning members using passport number were unable to submit the form.
