How long to top up?

I topped up 10 mins ago online, the page saying ""Relax your payment has gone through" displayed, but my credit balance has still not increased.

How long does it take to top up? In my payment history screen it is showing as "Payment processing".

It used to be quicker than this, will my credit show up or is there a problem?

It can take an hour sometimes longer. Have patience + the online system takes longer to update than your phone. So check your phone the credit might be there.

thanks, yes a bit of patience is required. it just went through... I was waiting for it as I wanted to convert it to a goody bag!
