If the phone hasn't been shipped you will need to contact a giffgaff agent ASAP and request to have the order cancelled. Provide as much information as you can.

So ive been told i had to give tracking number before i could cancel witch is very odd as they had not sent the phone yet but they still made me wait till they had sent it and then i had to give them tracking number then they contact dhl to pull order back now i have to wait a few days for them to receive phone back before they can process the refund so that will be at least oneweek before i see a refund even though i cancelled order before the phone left there warehouse very bad customer services
Hi @chris09486 Sorry to hear you not happy. But due to the quick turnaround (next day delivery except weekends) and the fact that agents take up to 24hrs to reply, it may be too late to amend but you can return it when you receive it.
