Hi how do I contact an agent using my mobile? I still have no signal after 39 hours. My bungle runs out the 9 th of the month.

O2's coverage in your area.

A quick restart and/or a reboot of the device can help you get reception on your phone. Also you could remove your sim and give it a wipe with a clean cloth, then reinsert it. Or you could do a manual roam

If these don't help then sometimes you may need to restore the device to factory settings (how it was when you took it out of the box) but then you will need to reinput your internet settings.

Airplane/Offline Mode
Turning the device into airplane/offline mode and back into normal mode can, a lot of the time, get you a bar or two of reception in bad coverage areas but also full reception if it just a temporary network issue!

If there are no issues. Try your sim in another phone to rule out a faulty sim or phone.

Hi we have tried all of these, we have three phones affected. All different types. The phone masts said there was a problem yesterday yet when checking last night and today there are no issues. There is no reason to have to have no service according to O2 website. Hence it must be a problem with GG. It is quiet annoying as we have just ordered two extra SIM cards for friends. Any ideas how to speak to an agent? I posted details of this yesterday and still having problems. In fact I thought it was my phone and very nearly bought a new one until my partner came home from work to say his signal keeps dropping out.
