There is no phone support.

Online-based only.

Unfortunately, unlike other mobile providers giffgaff do not have a customer service department or telephone number you can ring to speak to a person. All the support is done online.

However, if you have query that is account or billing related you can get in touch with a giffgaff agent

To get in contact with a giffgaff agent please follow this link select the appropriate category and fill in the text area or text box with the issue.

Please provide as much detail as possible for the agent so, they can help you resolve the issue more quickly.

The giffgaff agents usually answer within 4 hours for majority of cases however, can take up to 24 hours during busy periods. The giffgaff agents work 7 days a week from 8am to 11pm.

You will receive a email when a giffgaff agent has replied and the "Messages: From Agents" box is where you can find the agent replies located half way down the right hand side of your "My Giffgaff" page or you can access it direct by following this link.

Or If you have a technical issue, you can post it on the community here and members will try to assist you.

@alek1234 I am sorry but giffgaff don't have telephone contact, you have to get in touch with an agent for account related issues.

Agents usually reply in 3-5 hours but allow 24 maximum, be patient and don't resubmit your request as it will start it over including the waiting.

They work until 11pm and start again at 8am.

Giffgaff are online only. There aren't any phone numbers to call.

Unfortunately giffgaff is online support only, they don't have an actual telephone number for customer services.
You would need to contact an Agent which can be done using this link

Hello it's all online it works like this , if you tell us your problem you will get replys in minutes
if it's a problem we can't help with we can give you a correct link to contact agents , they take upto 24hrs to reply but normally quicker ,,
 If you want try agent this use this link just choose catagory you need
Allow up to 24hrs for a reply but usually quicker.
