How to request number/account transfer from old GiffGaff no. Tones sim after phone was stolen??

I can't see where or  how to request the transfer of an existing Giffgaff account to a new sim after the original Giffgaff sim was stolen.

You can't port giffgaff to giffgaff

Report Lost and Stolen and you will get dual/hybrid sim (micro sim pop out) with same number and credit.

Lost and stolen :

Report sim lost and stolen ... You would be sent out replacement sim with 1st classl post..

All credit and allowance would be transferred as well..



giffgaff now send out hybrid sims, which contain both a mini and micro sim that you can pop out.

The process is that report the SIM stolen and request a replacement - the replacement ordered through that process will automatically be linked to your number.

You can't transfer accounts between SIMs, you need to report your original SIM lost and they will send you a replacement, see here http://bit.ly/gglostsim

use the lost sim link on your giffgaff page and giffgaff will send you a replacement sim with the same number
