Hi can someone assist me please I bought a brand new htc 650 phone from giffgaff Market place. For £120.00 last year December all of sudden it the screen has gone funny its playing up. Meaning it flashes vigorously and goes into black and white flashing screen. I have to power it off to make it stop. However its coming and going started to get worse since last few days though. I tried reboot. No luck.... Can please someone advise me... Thanks I think it's a soft ware problem.

@kamrang11 Before sending it back you could also try a factory reset assuming you have backed it up recently.

Hi I attempted to back up my data. Unfortunately the phone is completely dead. It won't switch on at all now. Also my pictures are in there and personal data. I try to press volume button down and power to factory reset the settings but nothing is happening. Smiley Sad

I know I need to send the phone back to giffgaff for repair but does anyone know if I'll get my data back? Also when returning in worried it may get lost in post.

Does anyone know if I need to send original charger and box back with phone? Thanks everyone for assistance.
