I don't receive my sim card over 5 business days.

Cards are sent by ordinary post, they are NOT tracked and cannot be expedited.

 

Any delay is due to the postal service.

I dont think a sim posted today will get to you in time, it might be better to have a sim sent to your uk address/hotel, please see your private messages.
