You must have less than 100 mins of calls, less than 100 texts, or less than 100mb of data on your existing goodybag - in order to start a queued goodybag

"On your dashboard https://giffgaff.com/dashboard under your goodybag details you should see an option to start your 4G queued goodybag early. Just click and confirm you want to get rid of the active goodybag and the process will be set in motion."

I cancelled my goody bag and my money has not been returned back to my debit card , just wondering how long this will take as I wanted to purchase data package for this number.

Please can it be refunded quickly as my data will run out

@choco46
Any refunds can take up to 5 working days to be applied back to the bank account. PLEASE NOTE as of 11th of July the last gigabag(£5) has been discontinued because, £5 goodybag data has been increased to 500MB.

@choco46

If you want more data then you need a goodybag, as there are no data only goodybags such as the gigabag, it has been discontinued, if you add airtime credit data can be obtained but will be quite alot more expensive.
