Hi @darvell

 If you haven't already Please follow this link http://giffgaff.com/support/lost to report the SIM and phone lost/stolen to prevent anybody from using it. Once reported giffgaff will send out a replacement SIM first class. It will be delivered to your registered address found under your details page here http://www.giffgaff.com/profile/details

The replacement SIM will have still have your existing number & any active allowances e.g. goody-bag or/and Airtime credit. It should take no more than 3 working days for the replacement SIM to arrive.you'll need to activate it online when it arrives here http://giffgaff.com/activate-sim .

@darvell

Hi You can report your sim card as Lost-Stolen where GG will cancel and disable the old sim card so no one can use it. GG will send you a replacement sim card with your account details on the new sim, your same phone number, balance air time/goodybag will already be on the new sim, you can all so block your phone here if you wish, This will block your phone from being used on any network in the UK if that was lost to

http://giffgaff.com/support/lost

The new sim will take around 1-5 days to arrive in the post

you can request a PAC codes from this link

http://giffgaff.com/help/pac-code-request

or dialing 43431 and select option 2 from your handset

It does not affect your giffgaff account so you can still be part of the Community if your sim is deactivated.
You can still use your giffgaff same way as it did before you activated a SIM.

Any credit/goodybags/gigabags available on your SIM card at the time of deactivation is lost

Pac code expires after 30 days
