I have lost my sim but topped up my number how do I get my number back with losing my sim? Please help. Will my balance and goody bag still remain Please help

Go to the help section and report the sim lost. It'll be posted out first class. Once activated it'll be exactly the same. Same account number credit everything Smiley Happy

It's easy to transfer everything from one giffgaff sim to another. You need a spare unactivated giffgaff sim which is less than 6 months old. If you dont have one then Order a Hybrid sim HERE

Please note SIM swap is not possible between 9:30 pm and 4:30 am.

You can simply report your SIM lost/stolen here http://giffgaff.com/support/lost . Once reported a replacement SIM will be sent out first class . The replacement SIM will have still have your current number , any active airtime credit or/and goodybag. It should take no more than 3 working days for your new SIM to arrive and you'll need to activate it online here http://giffgaff.com/activate-sim .

If you don't receive the replacement SIM after a week, then i suggest you ask a agent to investigate. To contact an agent please see here https://giffgaff.com/support/ask/sim_not_received please be aware agents can take up 24 hrs to reply to your question.
