I lost my old sim transferred another 1 but still 2 days later and I can't use my phone

I swapped Sims but new sim is not letting me call or log in via wi fi

Did you perform a SIM Swap? If so, the SIM Swap process may take anything from a few minutes to 24 hours to complete.

However, it is normal completed with 30 minutes. Please turn your phone off/on again to see if that helps.

If it's been more than 24 hours the SIM Swap has not completed successfully, please contact a Giffgaff agent to look into this.

It can take up to 24 hours for a giffgaff agent to respond (agents work 7 days a week from 8am to 11pm).
