I made transfer from EE to Giffgaff last week and I've had no service over 24hours now

Try to restart your phone or use the SIM in another phone.

Have you recently transferred your number? Just wait a bit and it should come on soon.

Also, you should try the O2 signal checker as there may be a fault in the masts in your area

Hi, check your local o2 mast for problems
If everything look ok contact the agents

I've done all that and the transfer was suppose to be finalized yesterday but I still have no service. Best I stay with EE😔😔😔

To transfer your phone number to giffgaff, you first need to ask your old mobile provider for a porting authorisation code (pac), you can then use the transfer form to submit your pac and choose a date for the transfer:


If your number has not been transferred by 24 hours and the day after the scheduled date, you can contact an agent about it:

New activations / Transfers allow the simcard to fully activate it takes from a few minutes and upto 24 hours to fully activate a simcard, keep restarting the phone every 30 minutes or so also make sure the phone you are using is on o2 network or fully unlocked for it to accept giffgaff simcard:​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​...

take sim out restart phone then put sim back in
