I lost the giffgaff! And I need another one but with the same number, that’s possible?

Hi Im sorry to hear your sim card
Please follow this link to report your SIM/Phone lost/stolen.
Once reported giffgaff will send out a replacement SIM first class to the address found under your details page here . The replacement SIM will have still have your current number , any active allowances .e g bundle(goodybag/gigabag) and/or airtime credit. when it arrives you will need to activate it online here .

@alejandro_gonzalez hi if its a replacement sim you need then you could purchase a sim from many of the high St stores for less than 99p and then you carry out what is called a sim swap, this moves your account to this new sim including any credit and goodybag. Have a look at this link
