I receive emails from giffgaff BUT not statements ..... why is this please

since january 20011 I have had this problem the Agents mark my answer has SOLVED yet it is not / ever Solved

seems that  the test has been """"" carried out """""""     because I can get emails it shows there is no problem with my email address              

seems that the problem is at giffgaff end  ?????

yes the two boxes are TICKED

When it says solved it just means an agent has looked at your question.

You can try contacting one of the educators, David_m or community manager vincent to see if they can help you, as this is more account related.

 

I sometimes dont get all communictions from GG, so it could be a database issue somewhere.

When giffgaff send out the statement in the first week of the month, it's not always obvious from its subject title that it is an important summary of your months usage activity. The last one on June 6th was entitled "Paying Out £250K to our Members". 

 

At first glance, I thought that it was a promotional type email, only because I was expecting a statement around that time that I looked harder at it.

exactly the same here, it wasnt obvious at first glance that this was also a statement
