I added my card then topped it up by £20 then got a goody bag I accidentally topped up with card now I have paid twice for a goody bag I don’t need

You will need to speak to a giffgaff agent regarding any account issues as well as processing any refunds, as they are the only ones that can access your account and help you with that.

The agent will try to get back to you as soon as possible, however, during busy periods the agent can take up to 24 hours to answer your question.

Hi @seafairy Please get in touch with an agent and explain what you have done, hopefully they will be able to refund you your £20
