I transfer my old number to giffgaff yesterday ... I can't access my old number even my giffgaff num

I transfer my old number o2 to giffgaff number . The problem is I can access my o2 number even my giffgaff number and I worried because it is very important number to me .. it may some office contact me during a day please can you help

Hi @nagathamed

The number transfer can take up to 24 hours but usually 90% of number transfers are completed before 3pm on the requested day.

If the number transfer isn't completed within the 24 hours then I suggest you raise this with a giffgaff agent to investigate. To get in touch with an agent please see follow this link https://giffgaff.com/support/ask/transfer please be aware agents can take up to 24 hours to reply.

As it takes up to 24 hours to fully complete the number transfer so this is the reason facing problem. After 24 hours your old previous provider SIM will be deactivated and your giffgaff SIM will have your keep number and service. If still face problem after 24 hours then contact the agent here: https://giffgaff.com/support/ask
